This is an OPTIONAL SERVICE and IS NEVER GAURANTEED so please have carts/a plan B with the expectation of self-hiking it to your site if and when this service is unavailable upon your arrival. Pack your camping gear with the expectation of self-hiking it to your site. If you are able to utilize this service, it's a bonus. It may not be available when you arrive.

We created this service for seniors who can no longer cart their items to their campsite. We are willing to offer this service to those that truly need it. MANY campers are happy to cart their own equipment to their campsites and are not fans of the ATV driving around the lake.

DO NOT BRING EXCESSIVE CAMPING EQUIPMENT AND OR HEAVY ITEMS. THE CAMP HOST MAY NOT BE ABLE TO LOAD ALL YOUR EQUIPMENT SO HAVE CARTS TO CART SOME OF YOUR EQUIPMENT IF NECESSARY.

YOU MUST PRINT YOUR CAMPING RESERVATION and place on your dashboard. Campsites allow one vehicle. Group sites allow three. ALL extra vehicles must pay $7 per day and place receipt on dashboard at Hart-Tish Park or self-pay box just down the road from the designated parking area.

The Camp host has many responsibilities. They could be working in other areas of the Lake or delivering camping supplies to another campsite. Please exercise patience.
Portage Service Schedule IF AVAILABLE:
Peak Arrival times are: 3PM-7PM Daily
Peak Departure times are: 8AM-12 PM Daily
As a courtesy to other campers, please plan your arrival/departure within these times.

PLEASE NOTE:
Every attempt will be made to ensure the Camp host is onsite during these peak-periods; however, this is not always possible. Please pack your camping gear with the expectation of self-hiking it to your site. If you are able to utilize this service, it's a bonus.
